讲座简介：

In this study, we first establish a weak unique continuation property for time-fractional diffusion-advection equations. The proof is mainly based on the Laplace transform and the unique continuation properties for elliptic and parabolic equations. The result is weaker than its parabolic counterpart in the sense that we additionally impose the homogeneous boundary condition. As a direct application, we prove the uniqueness for an inverse problem on determining the spatial component in the source term by interior measurements. Numerically, we reformulate our inverse source problem as an optimization problem, and propose an iterative thresholding algorithm. Finally, several numerical experiments are presented to show the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm.

讲座人简介：

    蒋代军，华中师范大学副教授，博士生导师，2007年获得华中师范大学学士学位，2009年和2012年分别获得武汉大学硕士和博士学位。蒋代军博士的研究领域包括偏微分方程反问题、稀疏优化及控制，快速算法等，主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，在SIAMJ. Appl. Math., Journal of Differential Equations, Inverse Problems, ESAIM M2AN等刊物上发表学术论文20余篇。
